History:
Born in Fayetville, NC, raised in Watertown, NY and Ft. Washington, MD no one ever thought this bookish, slightly-overweight(yet still sexy) kid would embrace hip-hop culture and evolve into the multi-faceted wordsmith known as A~Ball tha G.O.L.D.E.N. Child.

As a little kid A~Ball often told people he wanted to be like Micheal Jackson and grow up to be a singer, but never really pursued his dream untill he was inspired by another group of kid singers Immature & Quindon Tarver. A~Ball then started writing his own R&B songs in 7th grade and particpated in his first talent show at the end of 8th grade singing one of Quindon's songs and recieved large applause.

Soon after that A~Ball started exploring other avenues of Black Music and discovered he had a real interest in rap after accidentaly turning on of his R&B songs into his first rhyme. He avidly started writing rhymes but sadly was rhyming about guns, money, and women, which he knew nothing about. He was saved when in ninth grade he met up with rhymester BiG Will who had been rhyming since 6th grade and schooled A~Ball to what hip-hop was really all about.

A~Ball embraced will's teaching and quickly formed a group with him and Will's best friend Point X called the MDC Coalition. After awhile this broke down and transformed into the Sonz of Hip-Hop as Point X lost all interest in emceeing and instead wanted to become a DJ.

Will and A~Ball continued on their exploration of hip-hop and A~Ball started producing beats with computer programs he found on the internet in the fall of 10th grade. He went through many production phases but started to become known on the net for his skills on the mic and behind the boards.

In Christmas '98 A~Ball's mom purchased him a 4-track and microphone and A~Ball finally began the recording side of his emcee career.... which brings us to the present(early '99). The 16 year 11th grade rhyme wizard is in the process of recording a double EP with BiG Will entitled "Dominion/My Stomping Grounds" and a solo promo tape called "The Liquidator EP" which he plans to release by Late April - Early May. It will be availible on his website and in his hometown(if u can find him).
