Temptations

I can't allow myself to get rubbed out
Mold my mind to endure the clout
When faced with a problem, I dont' run away
But I don't shrug my shoulders, either, or play
I wouldn't hide out somewhere and lay low
Because sometimes, the devil that you know, 
Is better than the devil that you don't
Instead of being sour, whining that you won't
Stand firm and correct, if you die you ressurect
You can't over power the devil
But stand up straight, stare level
That doesn't mean that you have to lower yourself
To his stature, it would be bad for your health
Now where tempation lurks, temperature high as short skirts
Spit in the direction of evil and danga
Even if it's into the face of a stranga
And if there happens to be wind, a very strong gust
And the spit finds it's way back to you, dont' break your trust
On all the morals that you were going by
Cause sometimes, the loosest knot, is the best tie
Be firm in your beliefs but don't be too hard
Because bluffing could still get you pulling the wrong card
Sometimes the softest voice brings about the best echo..echo.. echo
And screaming loudly, only brings down the whole ghetto
Causing avalanches that just disturbs the peace, 
Temptations aren't the least, they lie in abundance
Errors and the wrong path are being chose in reduandance..

Temptations are at times what seems appealing
And sensations are what shows they feeling
It seems that in these times, things like the devilishness
In people, rules their lives, and their selfishness
Is what makes those temptations so appealing

Holding revelation in prophesies that provide 
Only de-elevation of free thought and thesis that deprive
The mind, of it's own choice and free will
They say they're strong-minded yet still
Instigated by anything or anyone who happens to come along
Sometimes tempted to do what is really wrong
And most of the time my will ain't that strong
The consequences go from the best to the worst
And at times even hit where it hurts
Even maybe end up diggin the dirt
False vision that is only a product of imagination
Stressed by thoughts of de-sanitation
Without hope for mental rehabilitation
Making you break promises sworn by oath
It's either give or receive and sometimes I feel like I'm doing both 
Receiting own opinion and receiving only criticism 
Temptating myself positively to roll this type of lyricism
Temptation, positive or negative, depending on how your mind works
Ending up on top, or living in the dank areas where all your fears lurk...
