History:
Born up in a small town in Maryland. Been a fan of hip-hop since Run-DMC’s early work. Haven’t been rapping or anything like that until recently. I have always written poem’s and always have had a lot to say. Instead of writing poem’s I’m trying to put my thoughts into a rhyme. I like thought provoking lyrics, lyrics that make you think, i.e.: KRS-ONE, anything Wu-Tang (if you listen to it, you’ll find the underlying message, on any Wu-joint), Rakim, Nas (even the new joint (beats stink tho), L-Booige, etc. I also like artist who has a sense of humor, who is witty, arrogant; i.e.: Jay-Z, Sauce Money, KRS-ONE, Redman, etc. I don’t pattern myself after anybody because I don’t even know what my own style is, hence the name Universal Konfusion. Get many ideas from books (The Art of War, Behold a Pale Horse, Song of Solomon, etc) that I read, or from songs that I don’t like, or topics that people speak about that I don’t like. Just doing this for fun and nothing more. Just trying my hand at something to up-lift my mind to help me get through this game of life. If you know a little of something of everything, you’ll be a well-rounded person. This is what I’m trying to achieve.
